  • We will assist in setting up property inspections and negotiate any repairs if necessary.
  • We will coordinate with all escrow parties including the closing attorney, lender, and insurance agents to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
  • We will continue to closely monitor and follow up on all inspection repairs and other contractual obligations to ensure your interests are fully protected.
  • We will review all HUD closing documents with you in advance and attend the closing with you to ensure a smooth transition.
